A new Compass course focused on helping organizations build and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
Our mission at Compass is creating work environments where people thrive. To live our mission, we developed a course called IDEAS to support organizations in becoming truly inclusive by prizing diversity, creating equity and accessibility, and sustaining positive changes.
In this course, we approach diversity holistically to prompt meaningful dialog, encourage exploration, and build skills all in a safe environment.
The lessons within this course are tailored to the unique needs of your organization and facilitated through our online learning platform, The Compass Lab. The four lessons include:
1. Fostering an Inclusive Work Environment
2. Acknowledging Implicit Bias
3. Addressing Implicit Bias
4. Championing IDEAS
Each lesson is 90 minutes and includes action items for learners to complete between lessons plus additional self-paced learning elements to reinforce content.
